Steamed Chocolate Crumb Pudding

Beat egg yolks in a small bowl.

In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

In top of double boiler, heat chocolate, butter, and milk.

Slowly add 4 beaten egg yolks and the sugar.

Cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Stir in bread crumbs and almonds, then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

Cover and cook in double boiler over simmering water for 25 minutes.

Serve hot or cold with whipped cream or vanilla sauce
